Chocolate and Caffeine
since Halloween I have been snacking on the left over candy, but I was wondering does the chocolate have caffeine in it???

yes it does. small amounts - not as much as what's in coffee. plus, you're allowed to have caffeine.

15 cups of Starbucks is not advisable, but you can definitely have caffeine. I was actually advised to have my coffee because of migraines. And I also had caffeinated Starbucks in my 1st tri and all is good!

I have stayed away from caffeine for almost 35 weeks once Halloween rolled around nothing was stopping me from my snickers and milky way

My doctor said I could have one cup of coffee a cup. I don't drink coffee, but I do drink hot chocolate, ice tea, and eat chocolate in moderation. All less than 1 cup of coffee worth in a day.

Yeah it does...but nothing like having soda or coffee. I eat chocolate all the time but yet stay away from all drinks with caffeine in them. Go figure...

It does have caffeine, unless its white chocolate! You can have a certain amount of caffeine a day anyways, enjoy!
