Chiropractor and Spinal Stenosis..?
Anyone have this and get treated by a chiro for it? I'm wondering if this is a route I should take.
TIA

My dad has/had it. He ended up having surgery. There were additional issues too though

I do plus herniated discs. I'd recommend trying physical therapy too. Even if chiro eliminates pain, strengthening will help more in the long run. And see a spine doctor.

I'd be very careful and would see a good neurosurgeon before I tried any chiro or pt. PT made my back much worse and ended up needing emergency surgery.
