Chipotle
Is it really as healthy/good for you as they advertise?

Re: Chipotle
nutritional info
I usually get a steak salad bowl with a small scoop of rice thrown in (the rice is sooo yummy) fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa and guac on the side...with the flavor from the salsa and the veggies you don't need any kind of dressing and to be honest...i didn't even realize they had dressing until I was looking at the nutritional numbers (glad i never got that!)
There burrito wraps are huge so I tend to go with the 'burrito steak bowl' and don't miss the wrap at all!
Obviously the guacamole is really good, but maybe order it on the side to keep the calories on the lower side....but avocado in moderation is generally a 'healthy' fat anyway.
enjoy!

Re: Chipotle
It's definitely healthy, it's just not exactly great if you're trying to lose weight. I now get the salad instead of a burrito, and I get the guac on the side. I load it up with salsa, pico, black beans & veggies (I get the vegetarian salad) and a little bit of guac, and this way you don't even need the dressing. It is SOOOOO good!
