Chinese Food
I am having folks over and I am ordering Chinese. I don't want to do Hoi Ming because even though it is a good place - they are VERY Westernized.
Can anyone recommend a good place for more authentic Chinese in the Sayville area?

What about the new place that re-opened a few weeks ago. I don't know that name but it's across the street from that new indoor sports center.
