Chimney Sweeper used to clean dryers
Can anyone recommend a good honest chimney sweeper? Thanks
Do they clean the duct work for dryers? I live in a condo and the duct work goes inside the walls up to the attic. I pulled the duct work off the back of the dryer and there was alot of water and lint in it. It is taking forever to dry the clothing. I don't want to waste $$ and get a new dryer if I don't have too - this one was purchased in 2001 so its not that old.

Did you speak to the managment company. For some reason I feel that it would be a common area thing. I could be wrong but you only own up to your sheetrock so I would think it wasn't your responsibility. Every condo though is different I would try them first.

Dan uses our shop vac to blow out the vent lines, and then goes back in and vacuums them too.

we are going to try that and snake out what is in there. I am just so afraid of a fire happening.

We are in a homewowners assoication and it is a PUD. We own the land and and have to abide by the rules - same type of windows, can't change the siding etc. But everything else we have to take care of - except for the roof
