Hi,
my daughter has been going since july she was 15 months when she started and i drop off at 7 and my husband gets her around 4ish.
i used to drop her off and it was her teacher so i had a chance to talk about my daughter to see how she was doing but now her teacher left and they also moved my daughter to the toddler class to a new teacher which i don't see in the morning when i drop her off.
i dont even know the people i drop her off too. it has been different people the last 2 days.
is this the norm or am i being crazy lol this daycare stuff is new to me and i just want this to work

Do you drop her off to Maria? She's the older Maria...
Sometimes the teacher your child has isn't scheduled to be in at 7 and they start at 8. It is typical

My DS is 2.5yo and has been going there for a year. And, my DD just started there recently, too. She's 3.5mo.
ETA: Both kids are dropped off early and stay late, so they are not with their main teacher all day long. This is typical of any dc that's open for extended hours.

My DD is dropped off at 7. Her regular teacher is in at 8 so usually she is with a different teacher to start the day. She actually loves that teacher so much LOL Since some days I don't see her head teacher if I have a comment, question concern etc I leave a note for her or call around 9am to talk to her.

ok i feel a little better i just hate not catching up with the teacher to see how she does from day to day she just started sleeping on the cot but they say she has been sleeping for about 2 hours on it so i guess its working

They will def. tell you if she is having an issue and call the teacher if you want to chat and hear it for urself. They dont mind parents calling at all.

I go to a different daycare and what you're describing is the norm. Different people for early morning and/or evening.
