Chicken Francese-side dish
We're having my cousin over for dinner and we are making chicken francese.
What is a good side...she loves Penne a la vodka, although I think that might be a little heavy...any other suggestions?

I would do a plain pasta with a large caeasar salad. Plenty of big chunky garlic bread too.

I do broccoli with Francese. I'd do roasted or Hayley's Burnt style. I usually serve it with chicken rice or orzo cooked in chicken stock when I want a carb. The Francese sauce is nice over the top of the rice or pasta. Then a big old salad.

I always do rice with chicken francaise. I like to soak up the sauce with it.

I'd do a roasted broccoli or roasted asparagus and maybe couscous or rice.
