Chicken cutlets...
I know you use an egg and some breadcrumbs...but how do you cook them?

After I flour, egg & bread them, I put them in a pan with a little olive oil an fry them for about 2 min on each side. Then I transfer them to a baking pan and bake them in the oven for about 30 min, depending on the thickness of the cutlets. The frying in the pan for just a few minutes makes the outside just crispy enough.
