Chicken cutlets

I am serving chicken cutlet parm tomorrow for some family that is coming over. Can I make the cutlets today and then put the sauce and cheese on tomorrow or will the cutlets be better if I do them tomorrow.

i personally think it will be better if all done tomorrow. I k now it is a bit of a pain to make the cutlets, but once they are made it is so quick to put the sauce and cheese on and bake it a little longer in the oven.
