Chicken Cutlet Parm.
What is a good side dish to go with Chicken cutlet parm.? I know macaroni with sauce is good. But any other ideas? TIA

always have to have pasta... but as for veggie... sauteed spinach, broccoli rabe with garlic and oil, roasted broccoli with parm and garlic, Caesar salad, any green salad, stuffed artichokes

In addition to salad, veggies, I sometimes like to have a nice soup w/chicken parm. Particularly minnestrone.

With chicken parm, I like spaghetti or ziti.
I also usually make garlic bread
and a fresh tossed salad (lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, etc) with some sort of italian or balsamic or red wine vinaigrette.
other ideas could be grilled eggplant
or caesar salad
or plain italian bread with butter
