Chicken breasts
What brand of chicken breasts do you buy?
I like my cutlets very thin so I end up pounding them..but just curious of what brand?

Re: Chicken breasts
perdue has thin cut cutlets - like them a lot! they're still juicy and not dry after cooking!

Re: Chicken breasts
ONLY perdue. I buy extra because by the time i cut away all the skeevy parts i have none left. i have been known to buy them and bring them to my mother to clean. makes me gag. And she bangs the hell out of them and cleans all the funk away.

Re: Chicken breasts
Costco organic. I cut them in 1/2 and then pound them so they are nice and thin.

Re: Chicken breasts
I buy everywhere - sometimes BJ's, really whatever is on sale and I clean them myself, it doesn't bother me.

Same here. The Stop n Shop brand is also pretty good. If I'm feeling lazy though, I buy the Perdue thin sliced.

Re: Chicken breasts
I usually buy the perdue thin cuts. Sometimes I will get the big package from Costco or Sam's Club and just slice them up and thin them. The big packages take some work since I only like thin cutlets but it saves so much money
