Chicco Key Fit Travel
Hello all! I'm looking at registering now and needed some advise on the carseat and stroller. DH and I are considering the Chicco Key Fit 30 and travel stroller. If you have this or tried it can you please give me your opinions?
TIA

Re: Chicco Key Fit Travel
I have it and like it. I don't use a snap and go, which the carrier wouldn't "snap" into anyway, it would strap onto. We always used the big stroller to snap it into and it was good for us. Now DD sits facing out and it is nice. The baby trap swings out of the way to get the baby into it. The storage tray up top is a bit of weird shape, but it is fine. The basket below is a nice size. The straps adjust nicely, even for a "petite" baby! I've used it for general walks, errands and for exercise/jogging (though since I do Stroller Strides so often I'm probably getting a jogging stroller for better handling and shock absorbency). It's good for those day to day stroller needs when you don't care for a lightweight stroller. I think the carseat is very safe and have been happy with it. All those carriers get heavy.

Thanks so much! Was really looking for people's opinions who have it rather than reading about it in books. Sounds like we'll go ahead and register for it.

Re: Chicco Key Fit Travel
I have the carseat, not the stroller. the carseat is great... I originally was going to get the gracco, but I went into BRU wit DH and played with the 2 carseats. We found that the keyfit30 is the easiest carseat to click into and remove from the base... (we had to wrestle a little bit more with the gracco, and the other brands didn't even come close to these 2)...
we love the seat and DS falls asleep within minutes of entering... so he loves it too

I love it! No problems with it at all. I love how it just locks into place and it got a good rating at Consumer Reports.

i have it and i love it! the stroller is great, and the car seat fits very snugly into the snap and go - with the strap, i feel safe using it just about everywhere.
