Chicco Cortina footrest question...
Before I freak out on BRU or Chicco (you don't know what I've been through to get this stroller)... does the footrest lock in the straight out position? The one I got only locks in an UP position. It doesn't lock straight out, or in the down position.
Is it broken or is this how it is?

I honestly have to check it...do you mean the part that snaps up to make it a carriage style?

the leg rest area that goes up and down.
I just checked and the website says 3 locking positions (i didn't see that before)... so I guess it is broken. I've had it with this thing! This is the second one I have seen with this problem. The display in the store seemed to work, but they wouldn't sell it to me.
