i love these but sometimes run out of ideas to make them. I love them with whole wheat linguini, garlic and fresh herbs.
what are some other ways to make them? TIA

I roast them.
Toss with some olive oil, sprinkle with salt, add some garlic cloves and rosemary sprigs. Roast at 375 until they caramelize.
add to pasta, serve along side meats, use as a topping for bruschetta.
------------------------------------------------- Make a tomato/mozzarella salad - slice the tomatoes in half, add fresh mozzarella balls, basil, balsamic vinegar and a little olive oil, salt & pepper.

Re: cherry or grape tomatoes
I like stuffed cherry tomatoes.
Slice off the tops and scoop out the pulp and leave them upside down on paper towel so they drain.
Cook and crumble a full pound of bacon. Stir the bacon into a half cup of mayo. Add a few chopped scallions and a sprinkle of Reggiano. Put a little of the mixture in each tomato and top with a little piece of parsley or scallion. Serve on a bed of lettuce.

Re: cherry or grape tomatoes
i put them into a "risotto" side dish... i melt a bit of butter in a skillet and then i add some rice until its toasted, then i add chicken broth and diced grape tomatoes, salt and pepper... i let the chicken broth evaporate and then cook until the rice is done and i put in a bowl and sprinkle some parmesean cheese on top.. so yummy!
