I know on her show, she almost always wore sleeveless tops- I think she said she'd sweat too much if she didn't.
I don't know when this was from, nut I guess the boots were for outside & she probably took off a heavy coat.
I hate being all bundled up for winter & then coming in to a hot room, still wearing a sweater!

I thought the same lol.
Plus she looks cold, standing there like that.
Or maybe I'm projecting, since *I* am ALWAYS cold. I can't imagine wearing a tank in the middle of January pretty much anywhere, but especially not if I am in snow boots!

Wasn't this from the Howard Stern show the other day? She is probably used to CA weather, not NY.
