Cheese question
I've been eating a grated pecorino romano cheese the last couple of days and then got a bit of a scare when upon looking at the label there was no indication that the cheese was pasteurized. Yikes! Is it possible that the cheese is pasteurized even though its not listed as such? Is pecorino romano cheese on the safe or unsafe list? Its a hard cheese so I thought it was safe to eat. Is hard cheese safe to eat even if its not pasteurized? I wish there was a way to find out if it is or not. Its an imported cheese. Thanks!

Re: Cheese question
I was under the impression that it's fine, because it's a hard cheese, and have been eating it all along, and so far has been perfectly healthy.
