kayak.com or farecompare.com.
Both will search multiple sites and also give you an idea of when's the best time to fly for the best airfare.
Just booked my flight to Orlando for $195 pp, taxes included. I'm flying Friday night and returning Wednesday.

We got a decent price on Southwest direclty online. Sometimes they offer special rates online rather than advertising. we're leaving out of MacArthur too which is so much more convenient for us

this. We're going to orlando/disney in may and we got a good deal on a package through Jet Blue vacations.
flight and 4 nights hotel (pop century on disney property) was like $400 a person. thats leaving on a friday evening and coming back tuesday afternoon....
