Okay, I'm stumped here. What do you do when your boss talks incessantly, and I mean incessantly? It just never stops! Today is especially bad because the other people in my dept. are out, so I'm getting all her attention.

She's a fun person to listen to and talk to actually, but I have a pile of work (and so does she) that's not getting done. She stays till late at night to finish everything, but I just can't do that. I try to remind her gently that I'm working on something, or that I need to concentrate, but it only works for a short time and then the talking continues.

Any thoughts? Thanks for any help you can offer!
