Chase vs Wells-Refi
I have my mortgage with Chase and they quoted me 5.1%. Wells 4.6%. What's wrong with this picture?
Someone may be losing my business.

I got 4.6 from Wells Fargo too. BOA came in a lot higher, the rep even told me their rates are higher then most other banks.
Right now we are trying to stay with US Bank - they are giving us 4.5

I am currrently helping a friend that was going thru Chase. They offered her 5.25% and I just locked her in at 4.25% on a 30 year fixed rate mortgage.
