Charlie Horses/Leg Cramps
EVERY FRIGGING NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I already eat bananas every day, drink orange juice and drink so much water! It hurts so bad when it happens, anyone else getting these? Im 33 weeks pg

I am 24 weeks and I have them in the mornings when I wake up. They are soooo painful sometimes it takes me a few minutes before I can move my legs. I find that eating a banana right before bed helps.

I had them from 30- 38 weeks with my DD... IT was horrible. I did try the heating pad on them to relax the muscles and that helped slightly, and eat more bananas. I think the most relief I felt was after eating 3-4 bananas a day!!

This happened to me a lot when I was pregnant and woke up screaming in pain that scared my husband.
What helped me was stretching a lot before going to bed. I also used a foam roller and rolled out my calf muscles a lot before bed time too.
