I usually drink a lot of water. I know why I got it. I havent been eating any foods with potassium in it. I am on atkins now and it is impossible to eat bananas are kiwi.

Oh thats terrible, I hate them!!!
Sometimes I can feel it approaching I get out of bed and jump up and down, that usually stops it before it gets real bad.
