Charcoal powder for teeth?

Anyone brush their teeth with charcoal powder? I just started and I love it! I feel like it's definitely whitening them and feels so clean afterwards! Very weird and messy but I'm getting used to it now.

i saw this when looking for natural ways to whiten. i have sensitive teeth and gum recession so i try to stay away from the white strips b/c it makes the sensitivity so much worse.

have you tried oil pulling??

I just ordered it from amazon based on some articles and did it for the first time on Saturday. I did notice a slight difference. I don't want to overdo it b/c like PeainaPod, I have some sensitivity, but so far, I didn't feel anything like I do with the strips.

I did it a few times this past week. I feel like it is making a little bit of a difference so far and my teeth feel really clean. I got the powder from Amazon. It's def a bit messy and sometimes a little gets stuck between my teeth so i do it at night and brush regularly in the morning. I also had terrible sensitivity to white strips. So far no issues at all with that with the charcoal.
