Change in BM schedule???
So, we started DS on foods last Friday. First 3 days he had sweet peas. No allergy. So we moved onto sweet potato. No allergy.
However, he has had 2 small BM (bowel movements). Both were kind of greenish which doesn't concern me since he ate peas.
But, I just don't feel like he has taken a good poop.
(BTW, he is a breastfed baby)
Any words of wisdom?

Re: Change in BM schedule???
Jess, I found that the sweet potatoes bound Kristina up BADLY.... so I left them alone, and returned to them another time, and introduced them S-L-O-W-L-Y....
Now she's a little pig-dog and chomps down on the sweet potato fries....

Re: Change in BM schedule???
The introduction of solids seems to really play with their digestion. Its something totally new. You will probably see a lot of changes in consistency, smell , frequency, etc. In the beginning, DD was the same way. I didn't really attribute it to any particular food but rather just solid food in general. I did stay away from bananas and rice in the beginning to avoid further problems though. After a couple weeks of it, your DC will have a new BM schedule.
