Ceviche?
anyone ever make this appetizer? We had it a lot on vacation in CA - I can't remeber exaclty what was in it - crab meat? shrimp? lemon?

I make mine with scallops and shrimp. Shrimp is par-cooked, scallops go in raw.
I also use lime juice, not lemons.

Ceviche This is a very easy recipe, just take in considertion that the recipe is party size, DH made half of this and it was enough for more than 6 people
