Cesspool
I live in the town of Huntington & I am having a cesspool problem. What is the best way to gather all the inofrmation?

After we bought this house, we got our cesspool cleaned after 5 years i.e. in September 2014. And then next one in June 2015. And next on agaib on yesterday! First time the cesspool company told us they pulled 3000 gal & charged us $100/gal. Seond time we called another renowned company, they pulled up 2000gal & charged us @130/gal. Yesterday same company told us they pulled up 2000 gal. How do we know that that much gallon is pulled every time? If they are charging us per gallon, why there is no way to prove that? They told us that we need to trust them. I don't know what to say. While paying money if we pay $75/gallon & ask them to trust that its $100 only. Will "they" accept that?
