centerport?
DH and I are close to putting in an offer on a house in Centerport north of 25A and I was just wondering if anyone lives in that area and would like to share with me what they love and/or hate about the neighborhood. Feel free to FM me if you prefer. I'm pretty familiar with the area as I grew up in East Northport, but just wanted some more current opinions. Thanks!

vanderbilt of presidents? The two are different.
vanderbilt - bigger houses, more land, not as hilly, some small private beaches, yacht club close by and a nice town beach at the end.
presidents - small houses and property - can be VERY hilly and narrow streets. Presidents have their own private beach though - which has a lot of perks.
between 25A and presidents is similar to presidents - but a bit hillier and more narrow. but you don't get the added benefit of the private beach association.
