Census Questionairre
Did anyone get this in the mail? I am filling it out online and it asks for a lot of information. Plus, I am getting phone messages every day. I know the importance of the census, but I'm starting to feel a little harassed.

I don't think there is a census this year...The next one is in 2020, so I would worry that it is a scam?

The census was in 2010 and the next one is in 2020. I would not fill the info out. Look up on line , it sounds suspicious.

They do census work between the big census years. My MIL is employed by the census. The american one noted above asks for A LOT of info. They are only contacting you a lot since many people do not fill it out and then a field agent needs to go to your house and do it with you.

I'm not sure if you can....I remember literally being stalked 5 years ago by the census agents, it was awful.

I don't think you can. I think you can refuse to answer individual questions but not the whole questionnaire.
