Cell Phone and annoying situation!
 This has been going on once or twice a week since Oct!!!
I have the caller ID. I don't know the number, therefore, I didnt answer!
That is up until recently! I answered! Person on other side doesn NOT speak English or understand it!
Happened again last night at 11PM 1115PM (DH answered and tried very nicely to say STOP CALLING you have the wrong number) then again at 106AM!
Phone JUST rang again! Same number!
What can I do? The guy on the other end apparently doesn't "Get It"! If you listen to my VM its ME saying who you have reached!
Its getting annoying! He's called at 3AM at times!
Do I call Verizon? Go to the store? Can I block this azz from calling?
HELP! LOL I have 2 kids and the 1, 2, 3AM calls HAVE to STOP!
(I keep my phone on. We use it for alarms for the AM).
TIA for any advice!

Yes, you can have the number blocked through Verizon.

Next time he calls, just blow a whistle into the phone.
If that does't work, then see if you can get his number blocked so it won't ring on your phone.

This made me  about the whistle.
If you call the phone company they can block it.
How annoying!!!

My grandmother did this once when someone kept calling her with obscene calls. It was way before Caller ID. They never called her again.

We did that at work, for about a week, Sprint was calling all 11 of our lines and when we picked up they would say, thank you for calling sprint can I help you. We finally found a whistle and blew it into the phone....they stopped calling.

We had that problem. Some guy was calling our home phone at least 30 times a day. All hours. For about 2 weeks. Verizon wouldn't help and said they would charge us $150 to change our number. So annoying.
We finally started answering the phone, "Policia" (police) and "Immigration" and the calls stopped within a day.
<We were desperate. Not trying to stir up a debate about immigration or anything!  >

I have one that calls 6 times a day at least. I can't block it because it says Unavailable#.
