CD3 apt on CD5?

Is this OK? AF might actually be starting tonight for real making my apt day CD6.

Is this an issue?

Not like I can change the apt. anyway b/c they are booked for tues. Chat Icon

Would I have to go for monitoring early? I am usually ready for trigger on CD10 when I begin meds on CD3. I'm sure it will be yet another screwed up cycle.

i think cd6 is too late but cd5 is ok. dr b says anywhere between cd2-4 but his front desk girls say 2-5. i would email him and let him know AF is starting tonight--maybe they can squeeze you in for tuesday?

i went on cd4 this month and he started my meds that night. i went back a week later (mon-mon) and i was ready to trigger. i think he always brings you back exactly a week after you start meds.

Re: CD3 apt on CD5?

The month I got my BFP I went in on the afternoon of CD5 for a procedure, I thought I was skipping that month. We then decided to go ahead with that cycle and I did my bloodwork in the late afternoon and started Femara that evening from days 5-9. I was nervous that it wouldn't work since I started later than CD3-7 but I was actually ready to trigger earlier than the month before, and it wound up being a successful cycle!
Good luck this cycle!Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

Do you think I should make my monitoring apt a day earlier than normal. I'm just afraid I'll o early and miss it.

I think you should be fine. I have gone in on CD 4 or 5 and it was okay. If you can get something for CD 3 or 4, I'm sure that's a little better, but no worries! Chat Icon

That would be tues and they were completely booked. I'll ask him when I see him about coming in early. I respond well to the drugs so I'm usually ready for trigger on CD10. I'm not sure if I'd be ready sooner b/c my body has 2 more days to grow follies on its own before I even begin meds.

OR, I can just pick up my script and take it on tues night and begin CD4 anyway. But then I'd waste $ if I have leftover follies and can't cycle. (which would be my luck since I'm paying OOP for Femara this month.) Chat Icon Chat Icon

Re: CD3 apt on CD5?

I have a feeling Tuesday they are going to be insane. I didn't even try to make a sono appointment for Tuesday since I knew that they would be booked and if I even called they would have me on hold for a long time. I would e-mail him to get his opinion and then you will feel better.
