Catering Orders?
If I am having about 55-60 people, how many trays of food do I need to order? I will also have a hero...thanks!

you can ask the caterer how many people a tray or 1/2 tray will feed then decide on how many dishes you are going to have.

Leave that up to the caterer, they are usually great about estimating the combo of food.

A lot of catering places will give you a price pp.
Andersen's in KP for example, it's $9.95 per person, you get 6 entrees, salad, bread, utensils, sternos, etc. and they give you enough food for as many people that you are having.
