I think the cat that we found is sick!
We brought her to the vet when we let her in to see if she was chipped. She had no chip and the vet said she's above middle age and very underweight.

I really don't know much about cats, but I've just been noticing how boney she is. Her belly is mostly hanging skin and I feel the bones in her back! When you just look at her, she looks ok, but you can't tell until you pick her up.
She also has a runny nose and a bad cough. I called the vet last week about the cough and they said it could be many things (from a hairball to a respiratory infection).
I didnt want to bring her in and spend 100's if someone was going to claim her, but it's been almost 2 weeks. I'm going to call the vet today to bring her in. I'm worried.
When I brought our pup to the e-vet this weekend we told them about the kitty and they recommended a few low cost vet centers.

DH and I were never cat people but this girl is sooo sweet. She is the opposite of what I feared about cats and she fit right into our home the 1st day she came. We love her and really hope she's going to be ok.
