Carters Returns?
How is Carters with returns? I purchased two of the same skort (different colors) for my DD. She tried them on yesterday before I washed and they shrunk to the point of them not fitting at all

Did you remove the tags? Usually without a receipt with tags on you can make an even exchange but you cannot get store credit.

I assume they will take them back, but if you do not have the receipt you have to exchange them for something else at that time. I think this started last year. They will not give you a store credit to take with you without a receipt.
