Carsickness
Ugghh, is there anything to do for carsickness? My 6 y.o. DD has been getting this for a year or 2, and it seems to be getting worse. She doesn't throw up, but she feels like she has to after about 10 minutes in the car. I used to get it as a kid, but I don't remember it being this bad. I've been avoiding going anywhere far because I feel terrible...she complains the whole time (and she is NOT a complainer about anything ever).
Does anyone else's kid get this? Is there anything natural that you use/do to help it? TIA

Carsickness
Seabands on wrists Ginger candies Peppermint candy (I have candy canes in my car all year!)
Also never let the car get too hot/stuffy. Fresh air helps too!

Re: Carsickness
DD is the same way. I keep Dramamine in my car. On short drives when I know she wont puke I just open her window but she'll puke on 30+ minute drives and I give her half of one for those trips.

Re: Carsickness
DD only gets sick on long car trips. Children's dramamine is a LIFE SAVER

Do you let her play the ipad or watch TV? If so, I would stop, that tends to make it worse in a lot of kids
