CARSEAT HELP PLEASE
If you have a toddler carseat and it has an anchor do you need to use the anchor AND the seat belt or just the anchor???

Do you mean the latch anchors? If so, you are only supposed to use the latch or the seatbelt, not both. At least that's what my car seat's book says.
