I heard you can ask the hospital for a list of places, apparently they are all over. I know the police/fire station wll inspect the carseats, but I'm not sure if they actually install them.
Maybe install it a few weeks before?

fire department or the poice station. i know that stonybrook hospital doesnt' do it anymore i'm not sure of the other hospitals.
