 Sometimes I sleep upright on the couch, with my feet up too. I hope you get some sleep soon!!

Ugh I had it bad last night. I took a Tums 1000 and it seemed to work.

It's the worst. I live on Tums now and that's really the only thing that makes it a little bit more manageable.

I don't have heartburn, but sleeping stinks!! I do find the couch usually works, for some reason I can get more comfortable.

I started to get this a couple of weeks ago. Now I make sure I have Tums by my bed, and I really prop myself up with pillows, almost like I am sitting up. It is the only thing that helped. Good luck and feel better!!!

The last week or so has been terrible to sleep; I have about 4 pillows & my "Bruce" my prego pillow & still can't get comfortable.
I'm also back to getting up 2-3x to pee. NOT FUN!
