Can't find the USB wire for my camera!!
Is this the type of thing I can just buy at Target, Radio Shack, etc?

you can buy a compatible card reader at plenty of places. That would be a lot easier to find than the USB that fits your camera.

Take it with you to a Best Buy and they can help you find the right USB.
I've done that. Twice.

Me too. They can give you a wire for a reasonable price - I think mine was $15.00.

you take the memory card out of the camera and put it in the card reader. The card reader connects to your USB port.

This is what we have. And because we change cameras like we change underwear we got a universal reader that can read like 6 different types of memory cards.

You might want to try Adorama for the part. I just had to order a replacement charger and they seemed to have everything.

I had a USB wire from something else... (I think it was from a digital recorder I used to record class notes) and it worked perfectly w/ my Canon camera.
If you have another one lying around (or even on your printer, etc) you may want to try it before you buy another!
