Can't drink another drop of water!
I know we are supposed to stay hydrated. I was never a big water (or anything) drinker throughout the day.
My DH is forcing me to drink all this water. I have tried with lemon. I have tried seltzer - all different flavors.
I can't take it anymore!
I want to stay has healthy as possible, but what else can I drink??

Not enough. 32- 48 oz a day? I am used to having a tea in the am and MAYBE two glasses a water throughout the rest of the day. I was never a very thirsty person, so this is a big change for me anyway.

most drinks that are not caffeinated count as water. Decaf tea would count.
In the morning I drink apple juice (1 part apple juice and 2 parts water) to cut down on the sugar.
That gives some variation with the water though...
The improtant thing is to stay hydrated but watch your sugar intake as well.

I'm not used to it either- teachers don't have time to go pee pee whenever they want, lol! Needless to say it's been hard.
Drink what you like without caffeine and don't get overly nuts.
