Cant believe im asking this...
The past few days I have felt very constipated. I can only eat carbs lately b/c I am having m/s.
What can I do so I could go to the bathroom????

As much water as you can tolerate. Aim for about 2 Liters/Day. Also, you can make ice cream shakes or fruit smoothies and throw in some powered fiber. But, if you do add fiber, be sure to drink enough water. They must go hand in hand. Good Luck!!

ITA on both of these and also it could be your prenatal. The one I use has a stool softener in it.
