Which canned tuna is safe to eat?
I have home the solid white albacore and the chunck light tuna in water.
which one can i eat?

Hmm...I think I remember hearing that the chunk light has a lower mercury content...but it makes me gag. I only do the solid white albacore.
As long as you don't have it more than once per week, I think you're ok.

My Dr. told me to stay away form tuna period. Of course I had a craving one day and ate one anyway. If you don't make it a habit, I dont see why you can't just pick whatever one you like.

never******* ate tuna...of course then you crave it...so if anything eat it maybe 1-2 times period-better safe.
