Something pretty big came up, and I had to cancel my cruise at the last minute. Of course, I did not get the travel insurance. I want to postpone my trip, NOT get a refund. I called and explained the situation, and I was told to write a letter to the cruiseline telling them what happened, but that it would take weeks to hear back.

Does anyone have any experience with this?? Did you get a credit, or were they not able to help at all?
