Holy crap! And I have to admit, my first thought when I read the title of this post was that some senile Canadian woman was walking around in an empty water tank and drinking contaminated water. I'm clearly sleep deprived!

Well some theories are she was playing hide and seek?
The weirdest thing is that none of her family or friends knew she was taking this trip to LA.
So odd..so sad.

This story reminds me of that movie with Jennifer Connelly..she lived on Roosevelt Island and there was a ghost of a little girl haunting her, turns out the girl died by falling into the water tower on top of their building.
