Can your memory get better?
I have the worst memory ever!
I forget details that are important in conversations. my friends were talking about interest rates of online banks, and I knew DH found a great interest rate, but I couldnt remember the name of the bank (It was not ING). So I sounded dumb.
How can I improve my memory?

you have to exercise your brain. Keep reading, do puzzles (crossword, sudoku), switch things up like use your fork with another hand or drive a different way home from work. Take up a challenging hobby, too.
