Can you work with more than one buyers broker?
I've been at this myself and starting to use zip realty but, would also like to work with a broker in my area that is more familiar and spots the good homes right away. Is this ok?

not if you signed something
if you didn't sign something then yes
if you signed something you will owe that person comission
