Can you wear your IPOD for the LI half marathon tomorrow?
It doesn't say anything regarding this in the booklet. However, a few girls from work asked and they said no  . To be honest, I've trained with my IPOD and I really can't see myself running without it.
Does anyone know if they enforce this? (I looked at pics on cover from last year and there were a few people wearing headphones!)

I don't run races with my ipod, but have ran the half for the past few years and plenty of people have ipods without any issues. Go for it!

I think for insurance reasons they say no - but don't enforce it.
