Can you share your 1 year old's nap schedule?
DD is sorta all over the place with naps and has been for a while now.. She used to be a 9/10am , 2 pm and quick nap at 6 pm naper, until about 7 months or so and once she dropped that 6 pm nap it seemed everything else was all over the place.
Just wondering what other's experiences are.

Can you share your 1 year old's nap schedule?
When he is home (he goes to daycare 4 days a week), he usually wakes up around 7:30 and goes down for his first nap between 9 and 9:30. He'll sleep for about 2.5 hours. Than, he goes down again around 3, and sleeps till about 6ish.

every baby is so different. dd wakes up between 5:30-6:30 and naps starting anywhere from 8:30-9:30 for a little over an hour. If she's not tired at 8:30 I wait to put her down. Then around 2 or 3 when she seems tired again, she will nap for another hour. She goes to bed between 6:30 -7:30.

At that age, DS was taking two naps... one at 9:30am and one at 1 or 2pm. Length was all over the place... sometimes it was a cat nap, other times a couple of hours!

my 13 months adjusted age twins sleep ... Baby A wakes at 7 (630 for the past few days)
naps 1030-1130 tops 2-245 possible 5-520
Baby B wakes at 750
naps 1030- we wake her at noon
2-3
5-6
they both go to sleep at 745 ish for the night

Wow your babies sleep a lot! I'm jealous my DD only takes one nap a day. She wakes around 7 and has been going down for a nap at around 10:30-11 and will sleep for 2hrs. She goes to bed at about 7-730

At 12 months, DS dropped his second nap and was sleeping from apporx. 1 to 4pm.

wow, seriously, I WISH DD slept that well SHe naps once or twice a day but usually for no more than an hour! ANy suggestions on how to make those naps last longer??

Make sure her belly is nice and full, so she/he will sleep longer.
My twins usually wake up at 7/730 and naps once a day at 12-2.
Lately my DD doesn't want to take a nap at all, so I try for just a one hour nap at 1-2.
