Can you put Baby Vicks on an infants feet too?
I usuallly rub it on his chest but I have heard you can put it on their feet too. He is 5 mo. old. Does it work?

over 3 months can use baby vapor rub. I always do feet and it does the trick.

i always rub it on their feet, my peds said not to rub on chest until they are at least 2. i never asked why...

When he was less than 6 months I only put it on his feet. Over 6 months I put it on his chest, back, and feet.

Interesting...I've been putting it on his chest but it hasn't beend oing much. I will try his feet tonight.

you know i never asked that.. i always used baby vicks too... hmmm... i just started with DS who is 2.5
i cant see it hurting... unless of course they have super sensitive skin

here, this is the study that it can be harmful to infants and toddlers....Im not saying anything on it one way or the other, but just so you have it.

I know you are talking about the Baby Vicks, not regular Vick's. I've used Baby Vicks on Thomas chest since he was a baby, but never tried it on his feet. I've heard that it works, although I don't really get how.

i imagine only the one for babies since it says so on the container. it doesn't seem as strong as the regular one.

This article is about the regular Vicks that adults use and put on children.
The Baby Vicks is non-medicated...it has rosemary, lavender and eucalyptus.
