can you pixelate a pic without a fancy program??
i have a picture i want to pixelate, but i don't have photoshop.
can it be done with ms paint? and if so, how?

You can't "pixelate" with MS Paint, but you can either spray-paint over spots, or put a box over anything you want to hide. http://gimp.org/ is a free version of Photoshop that does almost everything PS does, but it's free. You can do a lot of stuff with that tool, such as pixelating.
