Can you marinate something if it is frozen?
I want to make the beer battered pork chops tomorrow night but I thought they would be better if I marinated them overnight tonight. Can I marinate them even if they are frozen?
Don't mind me... I'm still new to cooking!

hmmmm... Probably? I think the marinade will take better if the pork chops are thawed, but I'm not a pro in the kitchen yet, either.

Thaw them overnight and then put them in the marinade before you leave for work tomorrow. Don't marinate them frozen.

I marinate stuff while it's defrosting all the time..it works fine.
