Can you do back streches in very early pregnancy?
I have a bad back and I strained it doing laundry the other day (guess DH will have to do the laundry from now on! ). Anyway, the only thing that helps me are stretches - bringing knees up to chest, etc.
Are these types of things okay to do at 5-6 weeks?

Perfectly fine. There is no need to change any fitness routine you have until sometime in the second trimester. Even then, it's just ab work that needs to be modified.
